How to Extract Text From Images simple and easy steps

Mostly we have images containing text and we want to write that text to a file normally typing is a boring work so today i will tell you a technique to extract text form images instead of typing the whole text.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Software to extract all the text from an image.OCR recognize The Handwritten or Printed or Typewritten Text and Convert them into Editable Word or Text format. Although the Output may not be 100% accurate and you need to do some editing work.But its always better to do some editing instead or Typing Whole Document.

There are number of OCR available some them are online OCR but i want to provide you a best solution for that problem as usual so I prefer a common software for OCR purpose I am going to use MS OFFICE tool for that purpose

There are number of step to be followed : 

1) Go to start button -> All programs -> MS OFFICE -> Microsoft Office onenote.

2) Copy and paste the Image you want to convert into text.

3) Now right click on the image and select "Copy text from Picture"

4) Now open the notepad or MS Word and paste the text here.

5) That's all now you can review it to correct minor mistakes
